Shirley joined us in 2011 from a long and varied career in customer services. Each day she helps our landlords and tenants by tackling tasks such as property maintenance and inspections, ensuring that every T is crossed and each I is dotted – for happy landlords and happy tenants.
One of Shirley’s most important roles is understanding and managing every element of health and safety legislation, regulation and law – including gas safeties, electrical testing, EPC/HMO requirements, and smoke and co2 detectors. This lifts quite the imposing burden from our landlords’ shoulders.
